The program White Borba, Clean Borba intends to encourage the population of the Municipality of Borba to paint their house façades with our region typical colours, using the white colour in walls and blue ,grey and ochre or dark-red in footers and other salient parts.
Benefit from this program housing or mixed buildings (ie, those where there are at the same time houses and commerce) of owner or roomers whose month income per capita doesn’t exceeds three times the national minimum wage.
The works are on the account of the applicants and financing is attributed until 30days after the service is done, upon the delivery of the probative expense receipt and through adequate surveillance by the Town Hall.
You can also enjoy more benefits:
- If you paint your house between 1 June and 15 August , you’ll be benefited with 20% more of the defined subsidy;
- If you alter the colour of the façade and footer of your building, you’ll be benefited with more 30% of the defined subsidy;
- If you choose to use whitewash you may benefit from 15% of the defined subsidy.
- The three first benefits are not cumulative, the most favourable to the proponent is applied
The applicants should present the following documents:
- Requirement supplied by the Technical Services;
- Localization plant indicating the building - supplied by the Technical Services;
- Photocopy of the Identity Card;
- Photocopy of the Taxpayer Card;
- Photocopy of the Property Tax Document (to the owners);
- Photocopy of the Renting Contract / Last month receipt (to the roomers);
- Photocopy of a document probing month income (IRS Declaration, or when this does not exist, as for retired people, a document probing the value of the retirement benefits annually received).
